One of my dreams is to have a log cabin. Why not have one in the virtual world? Please be patient with me while I learn the construction of HTML. This has been an awesome experience. Maybe this will help when it's time to actually build one IRL. (In Real Life) This is real, isn't it?

5/11 Again, time has flown by. Here I am about 22 Working days away from retirement. I've been at the city almost 12 years and have really enjoyed my time working with great co-workers and friends. I'm a little nervous about my new life but think it is going to fit just fine. With our grandson Max so far away this will allow us to see him often. I've very excited about that. Anthony is going into Jr. High School and Cody is going into High School. Probably the next time I write they will be graduating from high school. Life slow a bit...Upon retirement I am going to stop and smell the roses (and coffee).

3/07 Where does time go? It has been along time since I have updated my website. I guess when you do this fun stuff for work you think twice about doing it when you get home. I know the last year has been spent on the real cabin.

4/02 My how things have changed. I am now a webmaster for a local government (city). Guess it really does pay off to go to school, no matter what your age is. Now I am really involved in building servers. I have just completed my own server, with ftp and even email.

Well, I am back to working on my cabin again. It's been forever, or so it just seems that way. But I hope to have lots of new things up and running in the next few weeks. Stop in the family room to meet my family and friends. Or check out the study to see what I am learning these days. You can also come to my play room and find out about my interest and hobbies. Or stop in the zoo, to meet some of my fuzzy friends. I hope to one day have a Library. Where's that wonderful aroma coming from...the kitchen? One of my favorite places is the porch. You can come read some of my favorite poetry with me. Interested in a walk?

Some things to look forward to, or to laugh at. I am learning to make my own images. I also have plans to build a darkroom. I hope to have this cabin's primary source ....all about Photography! So come rest awhile, have some java with me, and enjoy.....or if I am around, come in the chat room and lets visit!!!

4/02 Images came and went. I am not an artist. However, fooling with a computer makes me happy. So it's off to bigger and better things.
